To promote access, retention and the educational and professional development of talented students with limited economic opportunities, through career guidance, academic and psychosocial support, mentoring, monitoring and the connection of opportunities, as well as through the development and strengthening of alliances with schools, universities and public and private organizations, both national and international.
The Foundation does not provide formal, non-formal or higher education, and does not grant degrees, academic certificates or educational credentials. Its work is limited to informal education: guidance, support, preparation, advice, mentoring and complementary assistance to processes carried out by legally authorized institutions.

We establish alliances with secondary schools and higher education institutions, and run a phased methodology that brings both together around a single student.
Each phase has defined objectives, its own instruments and verifiable decision criteria. Methodological detail is shared with partner institutions within the framework of the corresponding agreement.

An institutional agreement defining scope, participating groups, schedule, responsibilities and data handling.
Formal alliances aimed at reducing student dropout and at giving measurable substance to social responsibility commitments.
An agreement defining the number and nature of the access benefits: scholarships, priority places, discounts, fee waivers or welfare support. These are always administered by the institution, under its own policies.
Dropout does not begin at university. It begins before enrollment.
Scholarship calls assess what fits on a form: grades, test scores and socioeconomic classification. Those figures cannot anticipate whether a student will be able to sustain their studies, and no admissions office has the means to gather the ones that can.
For institutions that do not require the full alliance, the components of the process are available separately: strengthening the selection of scholarship recipients, career guidance in eleventh grade, or post-enrollment support.
Terms are defined jointly, according to scope and number of students.

Every beneficiary joins the Foundation and makes an in-kind contribution of an educational nature, defined according to their own skills: academic tutoring, design, communications, production of learning resources or administrative support.
The purpose is not financial. A student who enrolls without prior experience usually graduates years later with a degree and no demonstrable track record. The Circle addresses that gap from the first semester: by the time they finish their studies, the beneficiary has deliverables, references and a verifiable record of work.
Beneficiaries from earlier cohorts take part as tutors and mentors for the following ones, which builds a community of peer support.
The contribution is formalized in the Enrollment Agreement and in an individual plan signed by both parties. It consists of an in-kind, educational contribution in return for the access benefits secured with partner institutions. It does not constitute an employment relationship, does not generate wages or social benefits, and does not replace the functions of the Foundation’s own staff.
The individual plan sets a reasonable time commitment relative to the academic workload of the period, and is reduced, rescheduled or suspended whenever the student’s academic, health or personal circumstances require it. The contribution never operates as a sanction or as financial consideration.
Renewal of the access benefit depends on the academic commitments agreed with the higher education institution, not on the volume of the contribution made.
You can support a student from the moment they enter higher education until they graduate.
The access benefit covers tuition. Sustaining a degree also requires the everyday: the fare to campus, meals, materials, a connection to study at home. When those are missing, the student does not drop out because of poor performance. They drop out even while doing well.
Most of your contribution goes directly to the student, according to the needs identified during their assessment. A smaller share sustains the Foundation’s operation, and that proportion is disclosed to you when you join and accounted for in the reports.
That share is not an abstract administrative cost. It is what keeps the student from being alone: psychological support when the pressure builds, tutoring when a subject becomes difficult, academic monitoring term after term, a sustained relationship with their family. Our students do not need resources alone. They need someone paying attention, and that has to be sustained too.
You will receive regular updates on that student’s progress and on how the resources you contributed were used.
The relationship is managed entirely through the Foundation. No direct contact is established between sponsor and student without the express authorization of the guardian in the case of minors, and under no circumstances are sensitive data or identifying information shared without prior consent.
Contributions are not handed over in cash to the student or their family. They are executed through direct payments to third parties or to the educational institution, according to the needs documented in each beneficiary’s support plan.
Sponsorship does not confer any influence over the selection of beneficiaries, over the student’s academic decisions or over the Foundation’s operation. It is agreed for academic periods and is renewable by mutual agreement.
Each sponsorship is formalized in writing, specifying the use of the resources, the exact proportion directed to the student and to operations, the frequency of reports and the conditions for termination.
